Those 1-800 Number for your listings.

Let me know if they are working for you.
I subscribed to this service and I set up the messages
but most calls that I received are calls from all over
the USA.

When I called them back, they have no idea who made the calls
and they have no interest in the Real Estate or the properties
on my listing.

Oh well, so much for the good service.

I finally cancelled the service.

Really Bad Deal!

Expensive and not worth it!

I received a call from this gentleman salesman, he sounded nice and he told me that since I am a NEW Realtor, he said that he has a great program that will generate lots of leads for me if I subscribe to the service. I told him that I already have subscribed to Realtor.com Featured community program and I was not interested.
He told me that I could try it for 30 days and since it was middile of the month he can pro-rate it for me for the balance of the month and try it out.

I thought that it would be good to try to have extra advertising campaign with plenty of leads for my business so I told him to email me which he did.
He told me to sign up on the site.

I was optimistic so I signed up and since he said that I can cancel anytime after 30 days trial I thought that I would be ok to try.

Well, to make the long story short. After a month and a few leads (averag about 1 a week) which actually leading to nowhere, I decided to cancel the subscription.

Instead of letting me cancel by email or by by phone - they told me that I need to pay one more month and write to them to cancel. And, since I did not pay on the first of the montn, now my account is delinquent and THEY ARE LOCKING ME from getting into my account.

Here is the email that I received DAILY since the first of the month;

credit card!)

BEWARE that when you sign up for anything THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN TRY
IT FOR 30 DAYS and CANCEL. They did not tell you is the FINE PRINT on CANCELLATION POLICY and That you are bind by it!!

MOST CANCELLATION POLICY REQUIRE YOU TO WRITE THEM TO CANCEL.

Not A Good Deal.

This is to be considered a mini-report and a testimonial blog.
Any input and stories are welcome.

Please feel free to send me the story or send me a request to add on to be the author of the blog.

Together we can fight back those companies that offer products and services that are way too expensive and NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU WERE ASK TO PAY FOR.
In any case, just think of it as a warning before you do it that someone have done it and IT IS NOT A GOOD DEAL!
