Cons and Crooks
The Castle In Temecula!
ANYONE REMEMBER??
KARMA and KARMA!! Some of the family members are still doing their business as usual after the STEAL!! ONE IS IN JAIL!
Defendants in the lawsuit include the brokerage's president, Hendrix Montecastro; his mother, Helen Montecastro; two notaries; and four other Southern California companies that are allegedly connected to Stonewood and victims through a baffling web of wire transfers.
The alleged scam worked like this, Temecula attorney Richard Ackerman wrote in the lawsuit:
Reiss and other investors with good credit would qualify for multiple homes ---- typically two to five for individuals and as many as 10 for couples ---- in and around Murrieta. Property managers affiliated with Stonewood would then rent out the homes for $1,000 to $2,000 a month. Stonewood and related parties promised to cover the remaining portion of the monthly mortgage payments, but Reiss and several other investors said these promises weren't documented in contracts, and so they had no recourse when the brokerage stopped making those payments last fall, the suit alleges.
"When you have a hot real estate market, when you have an underperforming Wall Street, which was the case (in 2004), you have what we call a perfect fraud storm," said Barry Minkow, a former white-collar convict who runs the Fraud Discovery Institute in San Diego and is advising Ackerman in the lawsuit.
Reiss said she didn't expect the dealings to get into seven figures, but that she quickly got in over her head. When the loan documents for the Falkirk house arrived for her signature, she suddenly found herself applying not only for that mortgage, but also for one on a $600,000 house in the Copper Canyon development in western Murrieta. Later in 2005, the suit alleges, she was duped into taking out loans to buy two other houses near the golf course and another in Copper Canyon.

Atop one of the tallest points in Tiburon stands
a house that could be dubbed Hearst Castle North. Slender stone columns
guard the front door of the 14,000-square-foot mansion, its tawny
exterior accented by white-frame windows that look upon the Golden Gate
Bridge to the west and San Pablo Bay to the east. A swimming pool,
tennis court, and two-story guest house fill out the two-acre grounds,
garnished with hanging flower gardens and topiary pine trees, their
branches swirled like soft-serve ice cream.

Solyndra scandal exposes the lie of government 'investment'
Beware of a company that claims it can make
widgets for $10 each, sell them for $8 apiece, and then "make up the
losses on volume." No banker or venture capitalist would invest in such a
foolhardy scheme. But substitute "solar panels" for widgets and that is
exactly what Washington's professional politicians and career
bureaucrats did with $535 million in loan guarantees for Solyndra LLC,
the now-bankrupt California company that was the centerpiece of
President Obama's "clean energy future." The funding came from Obama's
$859 billion economic stimulus program.
Ultimately, Solyndra may prove to be the only
Energy Department loan guarantee that explodes into a scandal rivaling
Teapot Dome or Credit Mobilier for venality and abuse of the public
trust. However, there are at least 16 more such loan guarantees worth in
excess of $10 billion, all approved by the same cast of characters at
the White House and the U.S. Department of Energy responsible for the
current mess. And many other federal departments and agencies have
provided billions of dollars' worth of loan guarantees, so nobody should
be surprised if Solyndra is only the first of many similar outrages
under the Obama economic stimulus regime.

US disbursed $601m to dead people, report says
WASHINGTON - The federal
government pays out millions of dollars to dead people each year,
including deceased retired federal workers, according to a report.
Inspector General Patrick McFarland, who previously reported on the improper payments in 2005 and 2008, urged the agency to more closely track such mistakes.

Despicable People, Toxic People
This is the most toughest time for many and most of us. This is the time to be more honorable, to be more generous and be more humane and helping each other. NO, not the despicable people.
These people are getting more uglier and behaving more greedier and more poorly now.
I ran across several of these people; and they burned me well. I let them, I should have known.
My good nature and my humble self let them take advantages of me.
However, I have come to my conclusion. I will no longer fret or get too upset. I will let the universe take the natural way and taking it's own course.
I know that these people will have to face their own KARMA's and their Karma's will them sooner or later.
I already saw the powerful Karma..... going around.....
So again, I am really learning, I am learning to stay clear of Despicable & Toxic people....
